Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales management, with a proven record of accomplishment of success in achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of sales professionals
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Capable to work autonomously with excellent time management skills
- Must be able to travel 70-80% of the year to various markets across the US and work flexible hours
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a remote team of Market Sales Managers, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance development support
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve Samsung Regional Sales targets
- Oversee the training and development of retail sales personnel, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to sell Samsung products effectively
- Manage and optimize merchandising activities with the Market Sales Managers within assigned Regions to enhance product visibility and drive sales
- Collaborate closely with retail partners to build strong relationships at the District and Regional Leadership level and identify opportunities for sales growth
- Analyze sales data and regional trends to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and achievements
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
