Requirements
- Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college OR High School Diploma/GED plus 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Have general technical knowledge of pipelines including deep domain knowledge of inline inspection services and their application to customer needs and requirements.
- Have experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Be able to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Building long-term strategic relationships with customers to originate sales opportunities and develop strategic growth.
- Serving as voice-of-the-customer (VOC) for your clients, to drive customer needs and requirements for new product development and financial forecasting.
- Accepting full accountability for assigned account orders, ensuring Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software forecasting stays up to date.
- Serving as the client owner within PPS, leading cross-functional team to deliver best-in-class customer experience with continuous communication.
- Achieving solution selling techniques by becoming knowledgeable on full ILI/IE portfolio and understand how they address our customers’ need.
