Requirements
- Minimum two years of commissioned sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to prospect, negotiate and close new business
- Strong prioritization, planning and organizational skills
- Ability to utilize CRM and funnel management tools and apply them consistently to forecast business, manage customer opportunities, build opportunity pipeline, and make business decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sets high goals and continuously strives for excellence
- Effectively illustrates a compelling point of view and moves others to action
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or University
Responsibilities
- Schedule sales calls and business development activities to grow the pipeline with qualified leads and executes sales strategies through timely follow up and activities that produce high closing rates
- Manage prospect database and pipeline including detailed notes and organization utilizing CRM system
- Conduct tours of the club to qualified potential clients, coordinating with other departments to create customized experiences that increase sales
- Establish client base of organizations, associations, social and corporate businesses through direct outside and inside sales efforts as assigned by the Sales Director and sales plan
- Drive lead generation through cold-calling and business development
- Accurately forecasts revenues and tracks bookings
