Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or equivalent.
- Two (2) years of correspondent sales and marketing experience.
- Five (5) years of mortgage experience.
- Knowledge of, adherence to, monitoring and responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations and laws
- Attention to detail; strong ability to prioritize with a keen sense of urgency.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Intermediate math skills; calculate interest and percentages; balance accounts; add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; locate routine mathematical errors; compute rate, ratio, and percent, including the drafting and interpretation of bar graphs.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to make decisions that have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and cross functional departments.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work schedules on a short-term and long-term basis.
- Ability to make informal and formal presentations, inside and outside the organization; speaking before assigned team or other groups as needed.

- Existing relationships with the Bank and Credit Union customers in the Territory
- Knowledge of a variety of execution methods including but not limited to AOT/Hybrid and Government and Conventional Co-issue.
Responsibilities
- Produce closed loan volume from Bank and Credit Union client within territory to include agency product as well as NonQM.
- Evaluate client or prospective client needs and requirements to identify and promote Company products and services which demonstrate the company’s value proposition and facilitate enhanced business performance.
- Utilize and promote support team within Correspondent channel.
- Other duties as directed.
