Responsibilities
- Build, develop and lead a cohesive sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Provide coaching, mentorship and ongoing training to enable team members’ professional growth.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated team culture that aligns with Hebbia AI’s values and mission.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Collaborate with the executive team to define sales goals, objectives and KPIs.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to refine the sales approach.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to ensure alignment of messaging and value props.
- Act as a point of escalation for resolving customer issues and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Leverage your startup experience to drive efficient and effective sales processes that can be scaled.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market segments, and partnerships.
- Contribute insights to the product development team based on customer feedback and market demands.
- Monitor sales team performance, analyze metrics, and provide regular performance reports to leadership.
