Requirements
- 1+ years of B2B sales experience in a customer-facing role.
- Self-starter with experience working in the field or remotely.

Responsibilities
- Manage Sales Portfolio: Oversee a diverse portfolio of medium to large Commercial & Industrial (C&I) customers across various industries, including construction, mining, healthcare, agriculture, and transportation.
- Drive Customer Value: Increase fuel sales and in-store traffic for Cardlock/C-Store owners; retain consistent, rateable customers through fleet card programs; provide marketing support to enhance customer engagement.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement plans to improve energy delivery execution for C&I customers through our Total Fluid Solutions offerings.
- Stakeholder Influence: Engage and influence key C&I customer stakeholders to adopt available marketing programs and prepare for future operational improvements.
- Promote Energy Solutions: Encourage C&I customers to focus on energy efficiency and leverage WFS solutions, including bulk fuel delivery, fuel tank solutions, natural gas supply, fleet fuel cards, lubricants, and sustainability offerings.
- Implement Promotional Programs: Execute branded promotional programs to boost sales and customer loyalty.
- Performance Management: Maintain high performance scores based on evaluations from management and customers.
- Business Plan Execution: Successfully implement business plans to achieve organizational goals.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all facilities operate in compliance with current regulatory guidelines.
- Lead Generation and Pipeline Management: Strategically generate, qualify, and close new business opportunities within a defined geographic region.
- Customer Relationship Management: Oversee the entire business relationship, including prospecting, cold calls, lead generation, creating opportunities, closing business deals, and managing ongoing customer relationships.
- Problem Solving: Effectively manage prospects and customers in challenging situations, providing solutions that invoke feelings of confidence, security, and respect.
- Sales Reporting: Compile weekly sales recaps on achievements, losses, and competitive information.
- Travel: Daily in-market travel required, with up to 30% overnight travel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred but not required.
- Experience in a customer-facing role within the energy, commercial, or industrial sectors is preferred.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and relevant reporting tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
