Requirements
- 6+ Years of large scale transformation and operations support of payroll and HR services in multiple countries

Responsibilities
- Working collaboratively with all key roles across Strada including: Strategic/Key Account Executives, Market Makers, Business leaders, Finance, and SMEs to set and execute deal win strategies.
- Linking on the strategic level with prospects, customers and partners to ensure our offering is understood and matches customer expectations and is perceived best in class.
- Analyzing market and competitive conditions, to inform a regionally/market relevant services vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value based on the environment in which we compete or wish to compete.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for understanding our investments, roadmap, internal processes and tools, and how to convert those to effectively managing a deal internally and externally and evolving our win strategy and approach to prospects and opportunities.
- Drive the creative process for generating, developing and curating new ideas to influence the strategic roadmap leveraging a customer-centric, value-engineered approach. Ensure that feedback and requests are seamlessly integrated into our strategic planning processes. Targeting new value propositions and markets to support growth.
- Serving as a recognized internal and external thought leader in the global payroll space and represent the business in conferences and industry journals, as needed. Creating SQO’s with thought leadership themes.
- Build and maintain a network of academic, industry and advisory partners who can be called upon to help test and provide feedback on our strategic direction as well our customer specific value proposition. To share quarterly the updates on these network events and the impact this role had on our positioning.
- Distill the GTM enablement into a living set of deliverables and collateral that are shared, understood and adopted by all relevant stakeholders.
