Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales engineering, pre-sales, or a related technical role, preferably within the healthcare technology sector.
  • Proven experience in conducting IT architecture discussions, infrastructure planning, and security reviews.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and experience in managing business associate agreements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to client sites and company events.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and address client technical requirements.
  • Lead product demonstrations and technical presentations, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of the Touch Surgery Ecosystem.
  • Technical objection handling.
  • Develop customized solutions that align with client needs and organizational goals.
  • Facilitate a smooth handoff to post-sales teams by providing detailed documentation of client requirements, proposed solutions, and any identified challenges.
  • Collaborate with program management and installation teams to ensure they are well informed and prepared for successful solution deployment.
  • Engage with client IT teams to discuss and plan the integration of our solutions within their existing infrastructure, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
  • Facilitate security reviews and address cybersecurity considerations to meet client and regulatory standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive experience with hospital IT systems, cybersecurity, patient data privacy, and the ability to build strong relationships with hospital procurement, finance, and executive teams.
