Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical or process related industry.
- Proven success in B2B technical sales or industrial solution selling.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance customer value with company profitability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Adept at CRM systems, Microsoft Office, ERP software, and data tools like Power BI.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and results-oriented.
- Must hold (or be eligible to obtain) a valid U.S. passport and maintain a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow strategic customer relationships in the aluminum industry.
- Deliver technical sales presentations and provide ongoing support and consultation.
- Identify, quote, and close opportunities to expand Pyrotek’s market share.
- Negotiate pricing and supply agreements, ensuring profitable and sustainable growth.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Travel to customer sites up to 50%.
