Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of B2B marketing experience (SaaS preferred) in sales enablement, go-to-market strategy, or content creation roles
- Experience supporting GTM teams and a strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools (CMS), and training
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build strong partnerships across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Operations
- First-rate written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence, drive clarity, and align teams on goals, timelines, and priorities
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with attention to detail, strong follow-through, and the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and attribution models to identify opportunities and communicate actionable insights
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and quick to learn new tools; experience with HighSpot and Salesforce is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enablement strategies that support go-to-market priorities across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- Create and guide content strategies for internal teams and external audiences, ensuring Sales and Customer Success have the right materials at the right time
- Use data to measure the impact of enablement initiatives, communicate key performance metrics to stakeholders, and continuously optimize based on learnings
- Build trusted relationships with Sales and Customer Success—they’re our core partners
- Maintain strong collaboration with Marketing (Product Marketing, Campaigns, Ops, etc.) to align on content, campaigns, and messaging
- Act as a communication bridge to ensure Sales and Customer Success are aligned with broader marketing initiatives and GTM plans
- Manage enablement platforms and tools to ensure they’re accessible, effective, and aligned to seller needs
- Leverage analytics and industry trends to inform enablement strategies and uncover optimization opportunities
- Stay current on new technologies and best practices to continuously enhance your approach
- Lead by example, modeling company values and promoting a high-performance and collaborative culture
- Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors
- Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HighSpot and Salesforce is a plus
