Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or a related field in a B2B software/SaaS environment.
- Experience working with Product Marketing to develop sales content and GTM assets.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger).
- Ability to translate technical product features into clear, value-driven messaging.
- Applicants must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales enablement programs, including onboarding, ongoing training, and skills development for the sales team.
- Work closely with Product Marketing to create compelling sales collateral, competitive battlecards, product positioning guides, and pitch decks.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify gaps in knowledge, messaging, and processes—and build solutions to address them.
- Optimize and manage the sales enablement tech stack (Gong, Notion, Salesforce, etc.).
- Develop and maintain a library of sales playbooks, case studies, and objection-handling guides.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of enablement programs, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
- Ensure alignment between enablement initiatives and sales performance metrics.
- Assist in GTM strategy execution, ensuring sales teams are equipped for new product launches, feature releases, and competitive shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with sales enablement and CRM tools like Highspot, Seismic, Gong, or Salesforce.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills—comfortable training and coaching sales teams.
- A strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to measuring enablement effectiveness.
