Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field with at least 5 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in sales tools and software (e.g., SalesForce, CRM systems).
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans.
- Knowledge of experimental design and statistical analysis techniques.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Support initiatives that drive process improvement and best practice for our sales teams across the WSS segment.
- Collect, review, and organize data associated with segment channel partners (i.e., distributors).
- Identify key attributes and criteria for our channel partners to help inform our channel management strategy.
- Review and catalog potential Sales onboarding coursework to support hiring and retention programs.
- Provide administrative support to sales and commercial excellence team.
- Assist in creating and maintaining sales materials including onboarding and recruiting resources.
- Organize and maintain channel partner database.
- Generate and analyze sales data.
- Continuously update and improve training materials.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance for sales team.
- Work closely with sales team to achieve company goals.
- Communicate and collaborate with other departments.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input and ideas.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues for customers and sales team.
- Find solutions to improve sales processes and efficiency.
- Assist in resolving conflicts and handling difficult situations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
- Attend training and development opportunities.
- Continuously improve skills and knowledge to better support sales team.
