Requirements
- MBA Candidate with a focus on Strategy, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis, with experience using tools like Excel, Tableau, Snowflake, or similar platforms.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to connect the dots between metrics, sales initiatives, and overall business strategy.
- Effective Communicator: Skilled in presenting data-driven insights in a clear and compelling manner to various stakeholders.
- Self-Starter: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Sales Enablement and Sales Operations teams to identify, refine, and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for our Enablement programs.
- Analyze existing programs and metrics to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate key insights to stakeholders.
- Develop executive-level reports and presentations on sales enablement program performance in relation to sales performance.
- Ensure alignment of metrics with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, and Sales) to align enablement strategies with data-driven insights.
- Contribute to training and enablement design to put reporting and business outcomes at the heart of any program launch.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages.
- Passion for improving processes and driving outcomes through innovative solutions and insights.
