Responsibilities
- Support core business activities primarily focused on supporting the sales and operations teams of North America Refinish.
- Create, manage, and maintain key processes and records, including, but not limited to, one-time credits, service appointments.
- Support members of the sales operations, effectiveness, field sales, retention and distribution management teams.
- Ensure colleagues are following correct processes, procedures and policies. Train and coach if not following properly.
- Assist with special projects to improve business processes and/or technology.
- Identify repetitive and/or non-value add tasks that can be automated and work with the Sales Operations team to work towards automation.
- Organize and analyze errors or quality issues in both data and business processes and recommends solutions.
- Stay abreast of internal operations, current industry trends, competitive offerings, and relevant technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- College Degree Preferred
- Minimum 3 years prior work experience, preferably in a related role
