Requirements
- 15+ years of sales leadership experience in IT services, software, or technology solutions within the QSR industry
- Established network and relationships within the QSR segment with a proven ability to open doors and close deals
- Strong understanding of restaurant technology solutions, including POS systems, inventory management, makeline automation, and store operations technology
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and drive business growth
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue in the QSR segment
- Identify and build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including franchise owners, IT leaders, and operations executives within QSR brands
- Drive sales of IT services and technology solutions, such as POS systems, inventory and supply chain management, kitchen display systems (KDS), makeline automation, and other store operation technologies
- Drive sales of IT & engineering services for Customer Engagement & Loyalty Programs, building / maintaining Customer Data Platform, e-Commerce and Digital Ordering Platforms and Apps
- Collaborate with technology, marketing, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with product offerings and client needs
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with key stakeholders
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and insights to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with franchises and multi-unit operators is highly preferred
- Master’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
