Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with 3+ years in sales leadership
- Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in economics, engineering, or another quantitative field
- Experience managing team quotas of $15M-$30M
- Consistent team quota attainment over multiple years
- Experience selling to finance, e-commerce, retail, and healthcare sectors
- Identity or SaaS background (preferred)
- Domain expertise in target sectors (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team focused on commercial market revenue growth and cross-functional collaboration to close deals
- Drive the entire sales development and solution delivery process, managing your territory as your own business
- Analyze the competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position ID.me’s industry-leading solutions in this large, untapped market
- Manage complex sales cycles from initiation to completion with proven revenue attainment
- Develop strategic partner relationships while leveraging relevant network opportunities
- Create cross-functional relationships to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage through data with accurate customer, pipeline, and forecast reporting
