Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required (advanced degree preferred)
- Proven track record of success in digital advertising sales, preferably in a comparable Publisher environment
- In-depth knowledge of premium display advertising and brand sponsorship sales
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape, including trends, challenges, and industry best practices
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and exceed revenue targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to leverage data to drive strategic decision-making
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and target potential clients, including agencies and brands, to promote the differentiated value and benefits of advertising with Yahoo
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking opportunities to ensure consistent revenue growth
- Collaborate with the sales team and senior management to create effective strategies and tactics
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations, acting as their trusted advisor
- Understand client business objectives, marketing goals, and challenges to propose tailored solutions across Yahoo
- Conduct presentations to showcase the capabilities and advantages of Yahoo
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Analyze client business needs, leveraging your expertise in digital advertising to develop customized partnership solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and product, to ensure client requirements are met
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients
- Work closely with Yahoo Consumer teams to provide client feedback, contribute to product roadmap discussions, and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the account management team to ensure seamless onboarding, campaign execution, and optimization for clients
- Coordinate with the finance and legal departments to negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies
