Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience, in a retail role where you interacted with senior leadership
- Experience working in a target-based environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent customer service and telephone skills, including strong listening, verbal, and written communication
- Experience in fashion required
Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth, within our Lightspeed NuORDER Network segment
- Connect with top executives from brands that sell to our valued Lightspeed POS merchants
- Identify customer needs to determine if our NuORDER Connect offering could be a good fit
- Prospect, engage, nurture, and qualify new leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn messaging
- Collaborate with our Sr. Manager of Brand Acquisition on signing these brands
- Assist management with iterating on outreach best practices, messaging, and developing new strategies to grow our network pipeline
