Requirements
- Currently pursuing or obtained a recent Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field (Junior or Senior standing preferred)
- Relevant coursework or experience in marketing, communications and/or business management
- Professional, efficient communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (positive and personable)
- Prior customer service or customer facing experience is a plus
- Availability for a full-time, 40 hours per week internship commitment (2 days required in office – Tuesday/Wednesday)
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic sales environment
Responsibilities
- Researching potential customer’s company structures, industries, and relevant information to identify prospects and feed our database
- Conducting outbound calls to provided lead lists and maximizing inbound lead conversion
- Participating in targeted lead generation campaigns defined by management
- Accurately logging leads and sales interaction in our CRM system
- Meeting or exceeding lead development quotas set by management
- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of DigiCert’s current and future product/service offerings
- Collaborating with assigned territory sales teams as needed
- Attending team meetings and training sessions as required

- Well-rounded with varied interests, background, and experience
- Prior customer service or customer facing experience is a plus
