Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1+ year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role (B2B experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify potential customers
- Qualify inbound leads and set up appointments for account executives
- Research and understand customer needs to tailor messaging
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs related to calls, meetings, and leads
- Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and development
