Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
- Organized, proactive, and self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce)
Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach via phone calls, emails, and other professional channels to identify potential clients
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the senior sales team
- Understand client needs and communicate the value of Signal Tru Brand’s services
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly performance goals
