Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in a sales/business development role with a focus on B2B outbound prospecting
- Demonstrated competency at identifying ideal leads and sourcing new leads, as well as crafting your own outreach strategy and content that contains written messaging.
- History of achieving quota or MBO targets in a SaaS environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Ability to leverage AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.) to enhance personal productivity, streamline workflows, or improve decision-making
- Ability to travel domestically 10-15%
- Complete work-related tasks using Generative AI tools
Responsibilities
- Efficiently leverage tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, etc.)
- Closely partner with stakeholders in sales to identify key targets and receive feedback on completed meetings.
- Outreach to inbound Marketing leads, ensuring follow-up SLA’s are met.
- Develop and execute daily/weekly plans to maximize your outreach, including account research, cold-calling blocks, and email/LinkedIn personalization based on business verticals and personas.
