Requirements
- 0–2+ years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role (Logistics or SaaS a plus)
- Strong communication skills, especially over the phone and email
- Experience using CRM and prospecting tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.) or a strong willingness to learn fast
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and stay organized in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable with feedback and excited to grow into a closing role over time
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage with target accounts through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Research companies and buyers to tailor outreach that speaks directly to their needs and pain points.
- Become an expert in Cargo Signal’s solutions, positioning our platform as a game-changing tool in logistics.
- Log activity and keep pipeline data clean and accurate in HubSpot and other sales tools, such as Microsoft Dynamics.
- Manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, hitting KPIs for meetings booked and outreach made.
- Work closely with operations and sales teams to refine target messaging and improve lead qualifications.
- Occasionally engage with customers to provide feedback, resolve minor issues, or assist with ongoing initiatives.

- Passion for supply chain technology and helping customers operate smarter
