Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or outbound prospecting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools (e.g., Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)
- Curiosity and a self-starter mindset
Responsibilities
- Research and prioritize high-potential accounts
- Execute multi-channel outreach
- Qualify leads and maintain accurate CRM records
- Customize messaging by persona and industry
- Partner closely with Marketing and Sales teams
- Provide feedback on campaigns and ensure smooth lead handoffs
- Meet or exceed outreach and conversion targets
- Adhere to SLAs and maintain clean data in Salesforce
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Field Service, Telecom, IT Services, Technology, Staffing, or Retail preferred
