Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a B2B sales, SDR, or customer-facing role (tech or SaaS experience preferred)
- Proven track record of prospecting success via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, etc.)
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to follow process with precision and apply data insights to iterate and improve
- Coachable, curious, and passionate about career growth in sales or marketing
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and own outcomes
Responsibilities
- Own and execute a high-volume outbound and inbound prospecting strategy across target verticals
- Build and manage structured cadences using tools like Salesforce and Outreach to drive engagement
- Maintain a clean, accurate lead database to support consistent pipeline generation and reporting
- Craft clear, personalized messaging that resonates with executive-level buyers across email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Qualify inbound leads quickly and consistently based on predefined ICP criteria
- Measure performance across key prospecting channels and iterate based on results
- Use frameworks like BANT or MEDDIC to assess lead quality and prioritize top prospects
- Collaborate closely with AEs on strategic outbounding to unlock key accounts (e.g. Consumer Hitlist)
- Ensure high-quality, context-rich handoffs from SDR to AE, accelerating the sales process
- Track lead-to-opportunity conversion metrics and actively refine outreach for efficiency
- Surface real-time insights from prospect conversations including pain points, objections, and trends
- Share qualitative and quantitative feedback with marketing, product, and sales leadership
- Stay informed on competitor moves, industry shifts, and buyer behaviors
- Contribute to shaping messaging, outreach tactics, and market positioning through insights
- Participate in SDR training opportunities and demonstrate a continuous learning mindset
- Actively seek feedback and embrace coaching to sharpen skills and improve performance
- Build authentic relationships with prospects, peers, and cross-functional partners
- Demonstrate grit, curiosity, and resilience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
