Requirements
- 2-3 years of proven experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in fintech, banking software, or B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of financial services industry and technology solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions clearly
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities within the financial services sector
- Conduct outreach to potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling
- Research and map target accounts to identify key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives with prospective clients
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM system
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation targets
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and SBS’s product offerings
- Collaborate with marketing team on lead generation campaigns
- Provide feedback on prospect pain points to help refine sales messaging
