Responsibilities
- Become the single point of contact for customers, answering questions and driving the transaction forward with expertise and efficiency.
- Assist customers in navigating online vehicle purchases, from selecting financing options to setting proper expectations on what the customer can expect.
- Collect critical documents such as driver’s license, insurance, income verification, and ensure smooth logistics.
- Engage with customers via text, phone, and email, ensuring seamless communication and delivering a world-class experience.
- Maintain accurate activity logs, manage timelines, and provide ongoing support as needed to exceed customer expectations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in sales would be beneficial.
