Requirements

Responsibilities
- Prepare and edit correspondences, presentations, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to negotiated terms.
- Process reservations, expense reports, invoices, and billing information, handling special requests and alerts for guests and events.
- Arrange meetings, travel logistics, and meal appointments, coordinating seamlessly within the property and beyond.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal employees, guests, and clients, promoting a welcoming environment.
- Monitor, screen, and respond to incoming communications via email and phone promptly and professionally.
