Requirements
- Detail oriented with good mathematical and communication skills
- Ability to understand, analyze, and research different lines of insurance
- Good typing skills and computer literacy
- Ability to work within designated time frames
- Good interpersonal skills
- License preferred
- Strong computer skills; Excel & Word a must
Responsibilities
- Maintain Client and Prospect data in sales database such as contacts, company information, survey participation, and notes
- Assist in coordinating client meetings and networking events
- Participate in regional and local meetings along with requested client presentations
- Use internal resources, such as Miede, Zoominfo, and Microsoft Office, to generate and organize reports
- Coordinate and provide technical support for sales meetings, including preparation of presentation materials
- Conduct regular review of LinkedIn profiles to leverage relationships in sales efforts
- Leverage information to enrich marketing & sales database, evaluating/scrubbing new or inactive organizations for inclusion in marketing efforts
- Support Brand building efforts through social media strategy development
- Participate in National and regional projects that would directly impact the local team and office as needed
- Perform other specific duties as directed by the Regional Sales Officer and Executive Management Team
- Begin studies for appropriate licenses
