Requirements

Responsibilities
- Convert warm inbound and outbound leads into mortgage loan applications
- Utilize our CRM tool to log all customer contacts and schedule follow-ups
- Employ consultative selling techniques in a call center environment
- Recommend optimal product/rate program combinations to prospects
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutes and procedures
- Meet required sales performance goals for pre-established volume and KPIs
