Responsibilities
- Focus on driving regional growth; both new business and building upon inforce clients.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining a system to identify broker opportunities which leads to new sales and growth opportunities for our sales reps.
- Accountable for utilizing internal data and analysis to identify in force opportunities that are good candidates for adding additional Voya products.
- Act as a liaison between internal business partners and the Sales Reps to assess and develop new market initiatives as new products or solutions are rolled out.
- Responsible for developing relationships with business partners and brokers and acting as a conduit to share feedback which will result in ensuring RFPs are moved seamlessly through our proposal process and broker deadlines are met.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining the renewal tracking tool for Life, Disability and Stop Loss products.
- Assists in the renewal package delivery process, including but not limited to pulling experience reporting, providing block analysis and coordinating with Underwriting to ensure due dates are met.
- Manage a system to track and audit amendment premium on in force Health clients which assists in the sales region achieving sales goals.
- Responsible for communicating with broker, compliance, underwriting, claims etc to complete the RFP process and deliver the proposal to the broker. Leverage relationships and experience to manage the RFP process.
- Develop and maintain an actionable data insight model for sales reps by analyzing data that enables effective management of territory, prospects and leads. This may also include creating ad-hoc reports for clients, brokers, and internal partners.
- Assemble PowerPoint decks and finalist documents in support of broker and finalist meetings.
- Able to participate and lead the sold case handoff and implementation process for distribution. This involves but is not limited to understanding what was sold to a Health client, being able to communicate and manage handoffs within Voya as well as building a relationship with the client and broker.
- Identify unpenetrated brokers and markets for sales rep prospecting and help to develop prospecting and marketing strategies.
