Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Two + years of experience, preferably in sales
- Outstanding communication skills and public speaking
- High level of motivation, drive, resilience, dedication, and integrity
- Excellent influential skills
- Ability to implement strong strategy plans, and to bring tasks to completion
Responsibilities
- Provide product in-service training for the Patient Support Systems portfolio in a hospital setting
- Support territory sales activities
- Assist with training new sales team members when needed
- Ensure educational programs meet corporate and customer goals
- Act as a liaison between the team and customers
- Work directly alongside the sales team and customers
- Participate in delivery/implementation planning activities
- Assist in driving new sales opportunities while helping maintain existing business
- Meet monthly/quarterly/annual quotas assigned by the corporation
- Conduct negotiations and finalize sales
- Lead all aspects of the installation of new products post-delivery to the customers
