Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival to the showroom.
- Listen to customers’ needs and help them find the perfect vehicle that meets their requirements.
- Provide detailed information on features, specifications, and benefits of Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, offering ongoing support and follow-up.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives as set by the dealership.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest products and trends in the automotive industry.
- Ensure a smooth and seamless vehicle purchase process from initial inquiry to final delivery.
- Assist customers with vehicle financing options and trade-in evaluations.
- Uphold the highest levels of integrity, professionalism, and customer service in all interactions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive sales is an advantage, but not required – we offer training for motivated candidates.
- Knowledge of automotive features, specifications, and trends (preferred but not necessary).
