Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in sales analysis, business analytics, or a similar role
- Report and dashboard generation, data visualization
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and data visualization tools (e.g., Salesforce Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle)
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and insights, and uncover opportunities for growth, cost savings, and process improvements.
- Work with IT and data management teams to resolve data quality issues and enhance governance practices.
- Create and generate regular sales performance reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
- Evaluate the accuracy of sales forecasts and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in designing and administrating sales goals and plans.
- Analyze sales territories and market segments to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Leverage sales analytics tools, CRM systems, and other relevant technologies to extract, manipulate, and analyze sales data.
