Requirements
- Advanced knowledge and experience in estimating damages for RVs, motorcycles, and commercial vehicles
- Familiarity with CCC, Duncan (RV), and Adjustrite (Commercial) software
- Licensing is beneficial but not required
Responsibilities
- Create or audit estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses
- Negotiate settlements and document all activities in complex files
- Evaluate settlement alternatives by reviewing regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
- Build relationships with both internal and external customers across multiple lines
Preferred Qualifications
- 4 year Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
- 2 or more years of experience (Preferred)
