Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Training & Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional work experience in a related position.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- Must be 18 years or older. Refer to your state guidelines.
- ServSafe, Food Handling and Alcohol training certifications required.
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees, guests, and management.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to handle difficult and stressful situations and issues in a positive manner.
- Must be able to maintain strong attention to detail while able to prioritize in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.
- Have integrity and can be counted on to the right thing.
- Available nights, holidays and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Conducting training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
- Developing and delivering engaging training programs, workshops, and seminars for employees.
- Creating and maintaining training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Utilizing various training methodologies and technologies to ensure effective learning experiences.
- Evaluating training program effectiveness and making continuous improvements.
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to develop specialized training content.
- Providing coaching and feedback to employees to support their professional development.
- Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Deliver concessions items, kitchen items, and bar items to guests including utensils, sauces, and napkins while embodying Nice and Amazing Service by following all In Seat Dining procedures.
- Work closely with expediter to ensure all food is delivered simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion.
- Demonstrate Commitment, and Integrity at all times – double check that orders are correct and complete and communicate with kitchen/expediter/supervisors if they are not.
- Guide guests through the menu and suggest promotions, add-ons, or upselling, demonstrating knowledge of menu and Cinepolis offerings if guests would like to order more items.
- Clean auditoriums removing all dishes, trash, and providing managers with any found items.
- Be of service to your team members and assist them when needed including scanning tickets for guests, cleaning and restroom checks and ringing up guests at concessions or box office.
- Navigate guest complaints and assist with requests or direct them to proper resource if unable to assist.
- Be cognizant of issues with movie projections-communicating with management when issues arise.
- Complete all opening, mid and closing procedures- including but not limited to other duties.
- Acknowledging guest by Cinépolis standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of food running or bussing preferred.
