Requirements

• Must have an active Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Prior and recent experience in processing Caremark CDA & OD (Medicare Part D and Part B) cases.
• Demonstrated MHK, RxClaim and PeopleSafe proficiency.
• Meeting Quality and Productivity metrics in current role.

Responsibilities

• Review control reports in order to confirm processes are being followed to ensure compliance.
• Accurate data entry and effective communication skills are needed to document review errors for coaching.
• Ability to support operational queues as needed.
• Partner with control technicians for escalated issues.
• Opportunity to participate in process improvement projects.
