Requirements
- Must have an active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
- Prior experience in restorative nursing is a plus but not required—we will train the right candidate
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to resident-centered care
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with range-of-motion exercises, ambulation, and other restorative programs
- Accurately document services provided and resident progress
- Collaborate with nursing and rehab staff to follow individualized care plans
- Encourage resident independence and support their recovery goals
Preferred Qualifications
