Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of California (in good standing)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities during weekend shifts
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality care is provided during weekend shifts
- Coordinate admissions, discharges, and resident care plans
- Serve as the primary clinical point of contact for residents, families, and staff on weekends
- Monitor and ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state regulations
- Provide direct patient care as needed and assist in emergencies
- Complete documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly
- Support staff development and training as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
