Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) Required
- 2 years of relevant recent clinical experience (oncology) Required
- MI Registered Nurse license Required
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Required
Responsibilities
- Coordinates and organizes clinical personnel and other resources to meet the patient care functions of the organization in a cost-effective manner
- Has responsibility for clinical operations
- Orients and trains team members and ensures competency for excellence in clinical practice
- Develops process improvement initiatives based on best practice and participates in the development of policies and procedures
- Collaborates with providers, administrators and other stakeholders to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the services and programs offered by the facility.
