Requirements

• Current and valid RN license in California.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend shifts to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Assist with patient assessments, care plans, and coordination of care.
• Act as a key resource for nursing staff, providing guidance and addressing concerns.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of patient information.
• Respond promptly to any emergencies or critical situations that arise.
