- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
- Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: TNCC – Trauma Nurse Core Course
- National Provider ACLS – American Heart Association within 6 months of hire.
- National Provider PALS – American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate – NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 6 months (180 days) of hire
- 1 year – Nursing experience (new to specialty)
