Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents’ health status and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols.
- Monitor residents’ vital signs and symptoms, recognizing and responding promptly to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate and implement resident care plans.
- Provide compassionate and attentive bedside care, fostering a supportive and therapeutic environment.
- Educate residents and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of California.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a healthcare setting; long-term care experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to nursing care.
