Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business and finance analytics and systems development or similar experience
  • Experience with Spreadsheets, Tableau, SQL, and database management and automated dashboard generation or similar systems/tools
  • Experience with accounting concepts and financial planning
  • Experience in data mining and analysis
  • Experience in generating process documentation and reports
  • Experience in business finance and analytics
  • Experience presenting effectively to cross-functional and key stake holders
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, finance, accounting, economics, business administration or related field/experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, budgets, and analyze variances between actual and budgeted results. Operating Expenses.
  • Conduct quarterly forecast exercises, reporting, and submission. Operating Expenses.
  • Perform quarterly and monthly forecast accuracy analysis, reporting, presentation, and consolidate risk and opportunity analysis. Opex.
  • Maintain cost center and product cost center Opex expenditure accuracy.
  • Design and implement reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions. Opex.
  • Support Product Cost Engineer to maintain and update New Product Introduction and In-Market P&L.
  • Conduct monthly gross profit analysis, reporting, presentation, and consolidate risk and opportunity analysis.
  • Develop tools to automate and streamline reporting, and create financial KPIs/metrics that help business partners make financial decisions.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), monitoring variances, identifying trends and analyze financial performance to recommend areas for improvement.
  • Optimize and simplify reporting to make it readily available to stakeholders for decision making.
  • Collaborate with finance to generate and maintain DTC P&L for 3P portfolio.
  • Analyze, report, present monthly sales forecasts, and consolidate risk and opportunity analysis for 3P portfolio.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly revenue share report, invoicing, and accounts receivable monitoring and improvement for 3P portfolio.
  • Maintain and enhance 3P partners database to ensure proper onboarding and revenue share reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters degree (or equivalent) in computer science, finance, accounting, economics, business administration or related field
  • Experience working in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Experience in synthesizing strategic business insights and problem solving
  • Experience partnering with engineering functions
