Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Responsibilities
- Lead complex initiatives associated with payment credit risk management systems and processes for electronic payment products (ACH, Wires and various Treasury Management products)
- Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives for payment platforms
- Partner with Global Payments & Liquidity business partners on documenting new product enhancements
- Implement change delivery solutions for the portfolio’s technology process work of low to moderate complexity
- Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of global market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impact
- Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals
- Lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staff
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Treasury Management products
- ACH product knowledge
- Familiarity with project management processes
- Familiarity with Jira
- Risk management and regulatory experience with systems and processes
- Familiarity with identifying possible risks
- Familiarity with Agile concepts and experience with Agile practices
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
- Strong collaboration and partnering skills
