Requirements
- 3 + years of experience in risk management, compliance, internal audit preferred or interest in risk and control responsibilities
- Broad knowledge of general business operations and familiarity with risk and control frameworks
- Proven record of executing projects autonomously and on time
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to effectively communicate risk-related information to various audiences.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the risk register for all lines of business, and across issue source (Business Self-Identified, Internal Audit, or Regulatory Review), ensuring issues and events are properly reported, triaged, documented, and remediated in accordance with ERM policies.
- Work with Risk Managers to perform and support detailed data analysis including risk trending, problem identification, and development and timely completion of remediation projects.
- Continuously monitor automated risk and control processes to ensure compliance with organizational policies and proper functioning of automated workflows.
- Maintain and enhance the Risk & Resiliency frameworks. Assist in updating policies, standards, procedures, and guidance documents to reflect evolving program and business needs.
- Collaborate with various business units to communicate risk-related information effectively to different stakeholders and Business Risk & Resiliency management.
- Assist with new and ad-hoc projects, including building resiliency playbooks, identifying system enhancements, testing of tools and automation, supporting risk managers in responding and recovering from business interruption events.
