Requirements
- 3+ years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description
- At least 3 years’ experience applying government-instituted processes for risk
- BA/BS degree (or allowable substitutions)
- Must maintain Secret security clearance eligibility at minimum
- Must have US citizenship at the time of application
Responsibilities
- Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project risks
- Analyzes requirements, cost and schedules for risk assessment
- Performs management, technical, or business case analyses
- Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs
- Uses the Integrated Systems Engineering Environment / Risk, Issue, and Opportunity (ISEE/RIO) track program/project status and schedules
- Applies government-instituted processes for documentation and risk management
- Instruct USN and CSS personnel in risk management techniques and principles
- Track and develop program risks
- Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives
- Develop and maintain the Program Risk Management Plan
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience managing risk during the Engineering Manufacturing Development (EMD) acquisition phase for a NAVAIR program
