Requirements
- High School Diploma
- At least 2 years of Operations, Financial Services Compliance or Risk Management experience
- At least 2 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients
Responsibilities
- Become a subject matter expert in payment network operating rules and regulations
- Support the Card Association Management (CAM) team through audits (internal, external, and network-driven)
- Build relationships with various teams, including risk, across the enterprise to ensure effective introduction of and compliance with payment network rules
- Manage exception processes with the payment networks, including negotiating, documenting, and renewing exceptions across the enterprise
- Engage with teams tasked with payments/branding innovation to provide guidance to ensure compliance with network requirements
- Assess new NPMIG initiatives for impact to CAM/payment networks
- Consult on new product marketing plans and legal playbook creation to ensure compliance with network guidelines
- Develop and manage a repository of L2 process artifacts
- Track and resolve process breakdowns
- Develop and maintain formal process documentation including procedures and process flow diagrams
- Act as a subject matter expert to effectively partner with project customers to achieve desired outcome or improvement by clarifying needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Contribute to or create ‘Playbooks’ in various LOBs to document high level requirements
- Complete necessary documentation as needed for payment networks, such as third party registration, exceptions, etc.
- Manage information security, cyber, technology, Third Party Data Share, and other risks related to the payment networks as they arise
- Support, partner and influence internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure visibility and transparency to internal and external stakeholders on the health of operations, including identification of critical needs/dependencies and risks
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years Process Management or Project Management Experience
- 3+ years of Operations, Financial Services Compliance or Risk Management experience
- 2+ years of risk methodologies and corporate risk practices experience
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
