Requirements
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- Service-oriented mindset, good interpersonal skills, proven ability to demonstrate excellent telephone customer skills
- Resourceful and well-organized, accountable for accuracy and timeliness of work product
- Exhibit proactive teamwork and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Responsibilities
- Oversee the task completion of multiple assigned reports that are run on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Report assigned task findings in a timely fashion to the Risk Management Team Lead.
- Conduct outgoing calls to customers to validate/verify information
- Verify information with Insurance markets pertaining to policy details
- Engage in continuous dialogue with internal stake holders in regards to any non-technical items requiring follow-up action.
- Make updates to electronic file documents as directed by members of the Risk leadership team.
- Provide continuous feedback to leadership on findings requiring further review.
