Requirements
- A highly capable intelligence practitioner with at least 4+ years as a Threat Analyst.
- An in depth understanding of Intelligence frameworks such as ‘the Intelligence Cycle’ and ‘MITRE ATT&CK’.
- Experience of driving an end to end intelligence cycle process.
- Demonstrable experience of providing intelligence support to Cyber threat Intelligence requirements or threat intelligence teams.
- Demonstrable experience utilising OSINT and web-based research to meet intelligence requirements and a deep understanding of how to source information through social media platforms.
- An advanced understanding of Cyber Threat Intelligence with a willingness to develop in this area.
- Experience using Threat Intelligence Platforms such as Anomali, Mandiant or Flashpoint with a proven ability to conduct successful intelligence operations within a platform.
- Technical knowledge and an understanding of cyber security principles are highly advantageous.
- An engaging and confident communicator.
- A team player who is passionate about intelligence with a willingness to develop both themselves and the wider team.
Responsibilities
- Assessing sources and reviewing collection coverage for defined intelligence requirements.
- Conducting Analysis and providing assessment against defined intelligence requirements.
- Producing high-quality intelligence products within a defined routine, both written and verbal.
- Provide support to Cyber Threat Intelligence investigations, RFI’s and assessments.
- Managing tactical collection of IOCs within our Threat Intelligence Platform.
- On request, produce short-notice intelligence assessments against breaking news or dynamic geopolitical events that impact Capital Group.
- Contribute to Red Team security activity through OSINT assessments and social media monitoring of specified CG members.
- Supporting Global Safety and Security Intelligence Requirements through a routine of regional and situational intelligence reports.
- Provide input and support for the development of an industry-leading intelligence system that utilises a range of sources, feeds, tools, and platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Any experience within Government counter threat intelligence, Cyber Threat Intelligence, financial services or any other higher regulated industry is preferred.
- Industry qualifications such as GIAC, CREST CRTIA or a BSc in Intelligence/Computer Science related subject is preferred.
